Building the Skills to Lead Change and Inspire Performance

Course Description

This course prepares leaders to think strategically and act decisively in complex organizational environments. Participants explore how leadership behavior, decision-making models, and adaptive strategies intersect to drive organizational performance and change. Through applied frameworks—such as Lewin’s leadership styles, the Rational and Intuitive decision-making models, the OODA Loop, SWOT analysis, and Tuckman’s stages of team development—learners develop the capacity to analyze context, guide teams effectively, and make sound decisions under pressure.

By integrating strategic leadership theory with real-world application, the course emphasizes agility, collaboration, and innovation as hallmarks of effective leadership. Learners will gain tools to navigate uncertainty, manage conflict, and foster organizational cultures that support both accountability and creativity.

As a comprehensive leadership development experience, this course equips emerging and established leaders to manage change, align people with purpose, and sustain strategic outcomes across industries.
