Advanced Diversity, Equity, Access, and Inclusion Symposium is a microcredential based on the offerings of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce CODE initiative and the DEAI Symposium offerings of UNO that provides reflective structure and integrative learning for professional practice in a cohort of professionals committed to developing the DEAI field. It is possible to earn the credential more than once because for each cohort there will be the latest research presentations as well as the ability to learn from new cohort partners.
