Course Description
Spending time outside with children in natural environments can increase physical activity, connect families with one another, and connect children with nature. Join us to gain ways to integrate all curriculum areas during outdoor time.
Learning Objectives
- Describe the positive impacts nature play or green space time has on children's mental and emotional well-being.
- Identify materials and equipment that can be provided to stimulate development.
- Define guidelines for supervision outdoors.
