Course Description

The presentation will discuss what is known from research studies about how the amount of sleep and the quality of sleep influences behaviors in children, youth, and parents.

Learning Objectives

  1. Encourage parents to look at the child's sleep patterns.  
  2. Watch for snoring and being tired despite sufficient sleep time.  
  3. Be consistent with nap time routines.
