Music with Young Children
Course Description
Music is a natural part of a child's everyday life. Not only does it help them develop language and social skills but forms a part of their play time. This training will explore music of the home-from play to sleep. Songs will include lullabies, outside play songs, songs on a rainy day and much more.
Learning Objectives
- Identify the many benefits of music education in 0-5 years of age.
- Identify different mediums such as games, movement, instruments and singing to make music fun.
- Develop an understanding of different types of songs that are applicable for 0-5 years of age.

The target learner for this course is Childcare providers, early childhood professionals, families.
