Course Description

The Google Project Management Certificate teachers learners how to manage projects efficiently and effectively, using traditional and agile methods.

Certificate graduates know how to run traditional and Agile projects and programs from initiation to completion. They possess a toolbox of templates and artifacts to manage an array of scenarios and project elements, like schedules, budgets, and product requirements.

Graduates also understand organizational structure, process improvement, risk management techniques, and communication and leadership styles. Upon completion, they are eligible for over 100 education hours to qualify for PMI certifications.

Policies

This non-credit course is offered online using the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System) and Coursera, over a 17-week period. It is asynchronous, but not self-paced. You will have until November 30, 2024 to complete the course. You should plan to spend about 10 hours per week on the course. You will be assessed throughout the course to demonstrate proficiency on the subject matter. You must pass all assessments before receiving the course badge and certificate.
