This certificate gives learners hands-on experience using Python, Linux, SQL, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, and intrusion detection systems.

Target Learner

Policies
This non-credit course is offered online using the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System) and Coursera, over a 17-week period. It is asynchronous, but not self-paced. You will have until July 31, 2025 to complete the course. You should plan to spend about 10 hours per week on the course. You will be assessed throughout the course to demonstrate proficiency on the subject matter. You must pass all assessments before receiving the course badge and certificate.
